On the 6^th August 2024, we will go live with the Electronic Prescribing Service. 

All patients who pick up prescriptions from either Shepherds Pharmacies on Penybont Road will need to fill out a nomination form so you can be included in the scheme.

• Forms can be collected from either the surgery reception desk or from the chemist in question.
